I need some help with my PC, every time I turn it on, restart I get these 2 messages :
First I get, I also get this when I open MS Work, HP Image Zone

Then I get, I to have use alt-ctrl-del to stop it, since clicking cancel or continue dose not work, as it keeps coming back

any help would be nice, thanks
