Hi,
I purchased a Game worth almost £20 using my ebay account,however I do not have a Paypal account and don't won't the hassle of one too be honest(Paypalsucks.com etc).I'll used too always pay with Cheque/Postal-Orders,but recently have been paying using ebay Paypal Guest option with a debit card during Check-out.Well the Game hasn't arrived,nearly 10 days after the paypal payment,too be fair the seller(100%,but low Feedback) has been in e-mail contact and said they has reported a lost parcel with Royal Mail,but all I need too know what are my option's getting a refund from either the seller or Paypal(Resolution Centre and transaction receipt).
