I don't know why you're even arguing about this.....unless you're on a massive wind up. It's not me a meaning's eluding, it's you. She will face those charges, which have a penalty of life in prison while on trial. At that point, she thus faces life in prison... there is no doubt that she will face those charges with that penalty. In the US, where this was written, you face your accusers, their charges, and your possible punishment while you are on trial. You serve your sentence. Not face it.
