I agree, here in Australia temperatures in summer can reach 29C on a rainy day. Which could explain why it took 6 hours for these dogs. Slow and exhausting.

Do that in Australia on a day where temps go above 40C and you'd be dead in less then 1 hour.

Im no vegi, i eat meat like most others, i am pro hunting and animal culling as long as its done in the quickest and least painful way.
So no i dont agree with a pack of dogs ripping apart a fox, but if its a risk then shot it and kill it cleanly.

Theres a few people who quite clearly posted here looking to flame, they most likely havent even read the article properly, just enough to get ammo and shot off their mouth to piss on someone else.

It wouldnt make it any less a crime if it happened to a less intelligent breed, but these dogs are very smart and all to aware of their situation.

Absolutely, this guy should be terminated and not be permitted to have animals under his care again. One instance is bad enough, but a second ending in the with the same result? This man is not responsible enough to care for animals and if he has children I hope he shows them more due care and attention that he did those animals.
