They have two spines and two esophaguses and share other organs. Ive seen conjoined twins but this seemed like something out of Futurama.

Why does this sort of thing only occur in places like India and China ?
Is it the result of Inbreeding ?
Or some other genetic defects ?

Its very rare for it to happen and be reported in the western world.
