...first impressions: not great.

It's pretty intuitive for the most part, but there is a load of stuff you need to configure to get it working how you want. It's also a bit sluggish compared to iOS and sometimes things don't respond to your touch on the screen as well. I'm not sure if that's a hardware or software issue though.

Overall I think it will probably be a better OS to have in the long term, but iOS is just far more user-friendly at first glance. Until Google slicken it up a bit it's obvious why everyone wants an iPhone.
