I know I'm posting this at the risk of getting banned due to the lack of MEAT in this tortilla. Yeah, I know. [surrender]

Anyhow, I followed this super easy recipe for an eggplant based tortilla: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Mediter...ap/Detail.aspx
and it was delicious!

It does look nice, but the key ingredient is missing. What's this half finished Tortilla??? [thumbdown][cursing]
