Open washing machine, insert clothes, put on 40 degree cotton wash, remove clothes, iron.

Which critical stage of the process am I missing?
Biological or non-bio detergent? Also, is the detergent colourfast friendly (or something to that effect)?

I've tried bio and non-bio and always use colourfast.

I think the problem is that I am crap at ironing and always have it on too hot.

Clearly the part where you do it right.

I also buy my shirts from next. Even the ones I have had for a year are not faded, well except for a black one but its a weird material anyway.

I've given up trying to wash shirts anyway, they all go to the dry cleaners. I'm sticking to pants and underwear!

The word trousers is used in the UK, but some other English-speaking countries such as Australia, Canada, South Africa and the United States often refer to such items of clothing as pants. we be english in the uk you know :P

Look James, I understand that your massive ego can't cope with someone not liking you. I also understand that your way of dealing with that is to sulk and constantly look for ways to prove that you are a superior human being. I understand the burden this must be for you but please can you just stop commenting on things I say, and I will do the same.
