Hey guys, trying to RMA my nephew's 360 which has RROD, it's to be sent to Germany via UPS, but I'm not sure which box to tick, do I tick the domestic standard, international standard, or EU transborder?

Why do you have to send it all the way to Germany?

I have no idea! I went to their site and put in my serial number etc and said that it had RROD'ed, I was e-mailed a slip to print out and UPS to them....and it seems to be in Frankfurt, Germany..

Just call your local UPS store.

I agree bring it to the store. It will solve your problem.
