...you email a company and they send you a reply that has nothing to do with the question you asked!

I emailed O2 today enquiring whether it is possible to pick up an iPhone 4 micro SIM from one of their shops (I know you can get contract ones, but I don't know about PAYG). The reply I received tonight is instructions on how to transfer my existing number to a micro SIM. That has nothing to do with what I actually asked!

I suspect the problem with many of the e-mail replies is they're automated - one or two key words recognised and form reply made.
