Default Three - are they any good?
I've got an iPhone 4 coming and I decided to order a PAYG iPhone 4 SIM card from Three since they seemed to do the best PAYG deal. I got it today, but they sent me a normal one instead of a micro SIM. I phoned the number on the letter for Customer Services, and after going through the usual "Press button 3 for x" business I got through to some bloke who asked for a code number! I told him I had a query about a SIM they sent me but he tried to tell me I had the wrong number, which I knew full well I didn't. I put the phone down. I dialled again and this time got through to a chap, who though was very helpful, took an age to do everything! I had to go through a whole rigmarole of reading out numbers from the SIM card and him putting me on hold to do god knows what! In the end they're going to send me a new SIM. Why they couldn't have done that straight away instead of me being on the phone to them for ~15-20 minutes I don't know!

Is this sort of thing par for the course with Three, or was I just unlucky, because right now I'm having second thoughts about joining their network.

Also they told me the new SIM will have to be acitivated. They gave me a number to phone, but I'm sure he said I had to do it from a Three phone, which I don't have. Can I just put the SIM in my iPhone 4 and dial it? The number they gave me was 0800 358 4934.
