Looking at the pics i'd say atleast a few of them are dead or seriously injuried if that makes you feel any better. Heh. Some people have more buck than brains that's for sure.

Many of those people doing that much damage to cars on public roads have clearly demonstated they have no respect for other road users!
So, I hope they killed themselves then rather than buying another supercar and killing innocent parties later.
Therefore, a jolly old two finger salute to those who disagree!

If they've done it at a track day or race meeting, they have my sympathy! Ditto for the design faults that caused the fires - apparently not uncommon for some models!

If you're going to make dumbarse comments like "I hope everyone died for crashing their car" then you should explain exactly what you mean. You're still a heartless git for wishing anyone died anyway. I'm hoping it's because you're young and immature and don't know what you are saying, rather than you just being a callous sod.

Before you go off, yourself, try re-reading what I said in the original post [rolleyes], quote "some" unquote - anything else came from your imagination

Thanks for calling me young and immature - nicest thing I've heard for years [thumbup]
Sadly I'm getting old and have seem too many fatal crashes, lost too many friends and aquaintances and even had to identify bodies - almost all due to idiots driving way too fast for the conditions and/or their ability!
After a while you have no sympathy for people who's ego outweighs their skills and who callously disregard other's rights.
I sincerely hope you never find yourself in some of the situations I have - not nice, especially if, like me, you're a bit squeemish and they hadn't died before arriving at the scene. I don't know if you had them over their but the early Honda CRX's were notorious for catching fire in crashes and an aquaintance had to watch a couple of screaming young women being burned alive in one crash - absolutely nothing could be done to free them and he was still getting nightmares nearly 20 years later.

Well, we'll call it a misinterpretation on my part then, but without explanation it looks like you are wishing them dead for having nice cars.

Nah, I love nice cars and love owners that use and look after them - it's the serious collectors that mean future generations will be able to appreciate them.
It's the idiots I have no time for - the people that think they're able to do what they like because they're rich and have a fast car. I'm not even that concerned if it's on clear roads out in the country (where some of my friends and aquaintances have died) and they're driving sensibly, but there is NO excuse in town!

It seems that unless these "super cars" are serviced regularly that they have problems with bursting into flames at a moments notice.

I think people buy them then forget that the engines are running with enormous pressures and temperatures and expect them to last for ever, whereas things get hot and fuel lines melt etc.

I'd I kinda agree with the OP, if you buy a super car and drive it like a loon on public roads, then crash it into a tree or into a wall at high speed, or you lose control on a corner etc, then either you should get advanced driving lessons before you hit the roads as a guinea pig test pilot or you don't deserve to own such a beautiful piece of engineering and you deserve to crash and burn.

After all, at the speeds these cars fly up our public roads, you'd be singing a different tune if they took out another car at high speed on a corner and it contained a mother and father and several kids.
Then the bastards would deserve to die and no mistake about it.

People kill themselves and others every day on the roads being dolts and hooning normal cars. Still does not make it right to wish death upon certain individuals for doing so. Wishing death on anyone, regardless whether they are right or wrong, is for the emotionally retarded.

I would say the reverse - Darwin Rules, OK!
Seriously, though, you wouldn't wish a rapid death to scum running sex slave rings, child prositution, selling drugs to cjildren, terrorists blowing up innocent people?

I wouldnŽt,
IŽd want them judged by the law.

The law, the law... Death is cheaper. You can't beat that.

Fair enough - but it isn't working so well so far.
Besides, the "Law" and "Justice" have only a loose relationship.

No. Wishing death on any individual is a character flaw. If the Law wants to pursue that as a "just" form of punishment, that is its perogative. I do not, and will not, have or exercise that authority.

Exactly my point. Any ******* is perfectly capable of killing innocents, whether the vehicle is a F430 Scuderia or a Nissan Sentra. It doesn't take 200 MPH to be reckless. The only reason OP gives a damn is because of the perceived value of the car. The fact that people are out everyday endangering the lives of other motorists because of reckless driving due to ignorance, distractions or plain stupidity in normal cars should be enough to make you cry, for the victims that is.
