Yea I get that newspaper, utterly atrocious, government should try find a way to charge a fee for clogging up the coastal area

Just normal price hiking before the season oil sells well. A good evidence of the lack of alternative energy forms. It here were some, the tankers would hurry in as the daily operational costs of a tanker are huge. Now they can afford waiting.

Petrol has been going up by a penny a litre every week for a while now! Now it is Ł1.09 for 1 litre of petrol!!!

I would hijack them, murder the crew, and then wait for oil prices to rise so I can sell the oil to the UK for a huge profit.

I thought the same, then I thought it was a dual article about sharks then tankers.

I feel so stupid now[rofl]

Also those ships look kinda small for oil tankers. Ships we get in Australia are much larger. Probably used for different things though like coal. But really cool to see them dock in the harbour. I always wonder if I could swim under one, but when you get a close up, they are monstrously big.
