Those Bölkow's have a fixed rotor head, so you can even do 'loop the loop' in those things...

i'm not certain it is, but the camo paint makes it seem a military bird. If so, there is no liscense to lose, and that type of flying is lauded.

You may be right - no aircraft ID which would underline the military aspect. Hope he was authorised for those maneuvers of he'd be wishing his civil was at risk

Have you seen the clip of the guys on night maneuvers where the pilot reckoned they could fit between two tree and the co-pilot was telling him they wouldn't? Didn't end well
