I only restart it for hardware updates, windows updates, antivirus updates, and BIOS updates, or if I install some program that requires me to restart.

Sitting at 5 days, 15 hours. Gonna restart soon as another new EVGA x58 bios has arrived.

Does it count if you put it into sleep mode?

Seriously though I don't keep any machines on 24/7 apart from my home server.
