Any fans of TAR (The Amazing Race) here. The new series started a few weeks ago. Strange to see yet another team get eliminated because they lost their passport.

A few years ago I watched a programme on Channel 4 called "The Search" which is similar except instead of teams of 2 it's boys against girls until the end when it's every man for themselves, and the challenges were more intellectual. Somewhere on the net I read that The Amazing Race, which I'd never heard of, was similar so I searched for it on Digigude (TV schedules program) to see when it was on. I watched an episode from the middle of the season but at the time wasn't struck with it. However last year I decided to give it another go and watched an episode from the start of the season. This time I started getting into it and have watched any seasons I can get hold of.

I like the travelling to different countries and the competition of the challenges. At the end there's always a team I'm rooting for. I'm not sure who I want to win this series though. It's exciting!
