I had a girlfriend that wanted me to play a game called jealousy.

She lost.

Yeah, I played that once. I turned the game off when i got to that boss that checks your cell phone for incriminating evidence while you sleep.

I genuinely don't understand how anyone can spend hours just playing a game. I can quite happily spend hours using my computer for surfing the web or watching films or working but the difference is all those activities have a useful purpose.

surfing the web: I usually learn something
watching films: I have something to talk about when I run out of conversation in the pub
working: I get paid

But what do you accomplish from gaming other than a sore thumb, a translucent skin tone and a lack of social skills?

Fun. No more needs to be said, life is nothing without it but it's not everything of course. Btw, many games or at least some are challenging.

Only stuff like Avatar Golf, Pinball FX and Peggle.

Nothing weird about it.

My gal loves Mortal Kombat games and recently started racing in Dirt 2. She also gets a kick outta throwing grenades at civilians in Crackdown. She's special. [thumbup] She's also just turned 20 yrs old. (I'm 28 :P)

the best game I played with my ex missus was guess which one of my mates she was shagging game !

I guessed one of them correctly but I failed to guess the second one !

I'm not talking about playing games for fun. I do that! I'm talking about people who lock themselves away for a weekend and every night to play the same game. It's the breeding ground of psyhco's!
