Ok I have build 7100 of W7. Installed divx 7. I can now see the MKV in my windows 7 media center however wehn start media center on the xbox I dont see them. I am at a loss. I tried reisntalling divx 7 again but that didnt help. Woe is I.

I dont fink the Xbox supports MKV files, i alsoo cant watch MKVs on my Xbox... Unless im mistaken ... if i am please someone let me know too,

mkv is just a container, it is what the video codec of the movie inside that matters, it could be

divx, xvid, h264, x264, ffv1, mpeg2, mpeg4, rmvb and so on, I doubt xbox support all of them.
