Ahh I see we're moving onto the photos of pets stage. I swear it's either the 1st or 2nd lot of pics people do if they have pets.

This is where you could put a little more effort into things. Wash your dog and prime him/her for some shots. The dog is part of your family so treat it like a family photo. Take the dog out for a walk, play some fetch or something and try and get some photos. Try and show off your dogs character.
