DuesTyr Join Date Oct 2005 Posts 566 Senior Member	I think I would rather get laid off than own my own business only to see it go down the pan and once you file for bankruptcy that's pretty much you done for the rest of your life when trying to start a new one back up [shocked] Not if you set it up correctly under limited liability by guarantee or share.
