So was going for my nightly walk to a park near a lake I live near so I can enjoy the views of the stars in the sky and the lights flickering off the water when I saw a rather unusual sighting. Two fairly bright stars above a quarter moon which looked like a smily face. I was astounded and thought the view was really awesome.
Later that night a mate on xfire (Who lived in another country) came in and asked where I live and I asked "why?" when he linked me this site and it seems someone in Melbourne had taken a picture of it. Well, I thought I'd show you all as apparently it only occurs once every 35-40 years. ![]() However the smiley face I saw was slightly thinner, more yellow in colour and brighter. |
