Well I got a call from AT&T the next day saying they were out of stock and offered me the blackberry pearl for $50 so I jumped on it.

I owned one for about a year, and it was great to use.

I got sick of calling Sprint customer service and getting someone across seas that speaks broken English. Nothing gets me more angry than having to talk to someone who's supposed to help me with my bill and all they say is "ok" "ok" ...
I have called AT&T like 15 times just to see if I get someone overseas and I have yet to get one.

Understood.

But I must say, I have read and even tried CS lately and they have improved greatly. Although I havn't had a need to call CS, I just want to test them out.

Were you on a older plan, because these new simple plans are much more effect and less troublsome.

Enjoy ATT though!

My primary phone was on the simply everything plan but my second line was not. That's where I kept running into problems.

seriously? that's a bit obsessive as an aside, I've used Cingular/ATT since 2000, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Never had any hassles, and they give me free phone upgrades every year or so. They just sent me Blue Razor V3. Pretty nice phone for free.
