Default Gordon Freeman to the rescue!
With all this worrying about what will happen when they switch on the LHC at CERN, its reassuring to know that the boffins have managed to get Gordon Freeman on the payroll, just in case anything goes horribly awry. I just hope he has remembered to pack his HEV suit:

Half-Life takes place in May, 200-. That means that May 2009, the game could turn into reality.

Don't know. Two question marks and a smily wasn't enough, had to add more to get to six characters. I never did figure out how some people managed to reply with just a single emoticon.

And, Chris, you want to bring a thread back on topic that discusses the possibilities of Half-Life actually becoming reality? Are you kidding me!?
