Default how do i get over this problem?
me and my gf split about 3 months ago. we talked and hung out and i got to see our dog for about a month after that. until other girls started to message me on myspace (so i assume she thought i was sleeping around) so she started to not talk to me. about a month later she asked me to watch the dog and i happily agreed as i love the pup. he is my best friend. well now its been 2 weeks since that, and ive seen him the one time in about 6 weeks.

he is the only thing in my life that didnt care what i did he still cared for me. we would go on walks daily for 1.5+ hours and then go swimming... every day. well it hit me a couple days ago that i really miss him... and i went by a pet store today that had adopt a puppies and it almost made me break down because all i could think of was the week i taught him to catch a frisbee.

so how do i get over this crap. i mean im not gonna see him ever again as i dont talk to her anymore... i pretty much get the idea she hates me and what not. so im stuck...

and here is a picture from the last time i watched him:

take her to court to get custody of the dog!

Thats what I'd do If I ever split with my wife.

well start thinking about it that way then you will be able to move on.

my pets are long gone now and i don't dwell on it although I loved my pets.

just think logically:

you don't have to buy food, pay vet bills, have to clean up after it.

all in all you've been given the better deal out of the situation.

and you never know she might start hating the responsibility of looking after him then that's your chance to get it back.

nice doggy tho

unfortunately i cant take him even though i would love too.

i know im being silly about the situation. ive lost pets (to death) many times and never felt the pain i do for this one. i guess i never raised something and put my heart into it so much and just had to give it up.

but yes not having to pay for 15 years for a dog would be nice although i paid for most of the expensive stuff already :/ heh

i guess i just miss throwing a ball as far as i can and getting it back in 30 seconds or less.

heh i used to actually have nintendogs.

i think the thing is just that i vent my 'emotions' via the dog. i know i must sound like a weirdo but maybe its my way of missing my ex gf that i just put it all in missing the dog.

and ya im sure it will... we have been broken up for 3 or so months and its just been worse this last week or so.

Just tell her your coming over to see your dog. My ex did the same thing to me and wouldn't let me see my pets. She took them when she moved out and now one of them just recently passed away. You could always ask her if you could have the puppy permanently.
