Default Most unique tech support response ever....
So last night I couldn't get online, I did the usual stuff, reset my modem, checked connections, tried a different PC.

So reluctantly I called Virgin Media tech support, explaining I couldn't get online and that only my power light was on and the others were just flickering. The tech's reply:

"Sorry, we cannot help with your connection unless you're online, please call back when you're connected."
