erm hows about a pay rise instead......

the seat to all the personel wanting to leave problems in the military are pay and overburdening of detachments related..... not the lack of education courses.

so people are gonna risk thier lives now because they are safe in the knowledge that they can take a degree course after 6 years of service..

ffs government you need to pull your heads out of your asses and pay us whats due for what we do.
