Well, we're not "delaying" anything - you might think it's a 5 minute task but right at this very moment in time, things are so busy here that 5 minutes on a non-essential task isn't a high priority. It'll get done but I'm sure it would be more appreciated if folks weren't quite so belligerent about this.
