I quite liked the Punisher though I thought the end was a little exaggerated. But like most movies, its sequel always brings it down[thumbdown]

The Punisher was quite good & the lead actor played the part well and looked good in the part... this films looks crap & the actor just doesn't suit it.

Yea, I read somewhere that Thomas Jane read the new script and said that it bleak in comparison to the first...in so he had no desire to do what he felt would surely be a flop.

Shame. I liked him in the first one. He fit the role rather well.

Hmm, it must be 'cause I never really read / kept up with the punisher comic books, but I think this looks better then the first one was

I mean you can't automatically say that movie is **** by a trailer...He just seems more like someone who is going to punish someone than the guy in the first one...lol and I like the line at the end, "sometimes I'd like to get my hands on god"

The first Punisher was crap. Let's hope this one is better. Titus Pullo should help.

When you say the first Punisher, do you meant the first Punisher or the second Punisher. I remember watching the first Punisher film at 13 and thinking it was amazing. Watching it as an adult I felt differently. Of course I was a massive Punisher fan as a teen.
