Default Amazing Youtube Video
Essentially, a Qigong Master projecting his Chi energy. Pretty amazing to be honest.

There's a rational explanation to it, wether it's a trick or wether it's a genetic mutation or something, they just chose to believe in a simple explanation.

Electric eels don't meditate.

You can't measure static electricity with a simple voltmeter.

I'd like to know what James Randi thinks of it.

It is amazing, thanks for posting.

I certainly do think its real, why ? Well this guy said it best

Electric eels don't meditate.
There are animals that can produce this kind of "power" already, they may have identifiable organs that are the source, but whos to say the human body isnt capable of something similar under certain circumstances ?

It's an entertaining video. But that's it. Scepsis is a ground rule of science.

Notice that when the knife rotated the knife is on the very edge of the left of the picture so you don't see what's happening off screen.

If this is real then it's great and it should be researched as it's a new discovery that we can learn to understand. A typical sign of fraud is that things have to be kept secret and that they can't be tested and researched.

I don't think it's fake whatsoever.

That's faith.
Do some research on Acupuncture (not me, the chinese art of healing ). What he's doing is essentially that, but using more focused energy that he's somehow managed to possess.

What evidence do you have to come to that conclusion?

The baby crying, the muscles twitching, plus half of the video was shot in the 80's. Even the skeptical researchers towards the latter part were absolutely dumbfounded.

Very interesting. Well I wont knock it. Seems sort of believable that certain genetics could cause such a skill.

There is a guy in Sweden or something that can heat himself up. They did some tests and this guy is able to speed up his metabolism to generate heat and keep him warm in freezing water. He was able to easily withstand 25 minutes submerged in 8c water. Most humans would be unconscious by that time after going through many other phases of freezing to death which he did not suffer.

They did a show on the National Geographic Channel here in the US that had a former Navy Seal do the same thing. He was in ice water for over an hour before they stopped it. His training and determination were the culprits.

Preview of the show.

Sure I could make a movie saying i could do pretty much anything and say that my friends are scientists.
Also making a baby cry isn't that hard, has nothing to do with the guy.

And I mean
she got a splinter in her forehead and then this guy came to his room saying he wasn't allowed to cause bleeding.. "wtf anyone?"

Like tahustvedt said, if this was real it should have been researched LONG by now..because that's a pretty cool thing.

I dunno why people are so quick to judge.

The human race in itself is still an infant, there is a still a lot of things we don't know about ourselves.

The human mind in itself is enigma. Yes we are physical beings, but we are still made of cells, molecules, bioelectricity, etc. There is so much I think our race is capiable of in the right hands.

People in the east have been doing things for decades even centeries now, that people either thought was impossible or completely taboo.

I'm not saying this case is real or not, I'm just saying that some shouldn't judge so quickly.

Judging has nothing to do with it. The ones that are too quick to come to a conclusion are the ones who believe in claims of supernatural phenomenon without controlled testing.

I'm pretty sure the scientists/researchers at the end of the video did controlled testing

I'm glad to see that you are entirely incapable of mature conversation. When is your 12th birthday? [xmascandle]
