I have Outlook2Mac which is worth it if you use outlook on windows. I don't know why you would need Move2Mac though you can just connect and get everything over a network, or use a flash drive/external whatever. No big deal.

You shouldnt need to buy the software.... Just get a USB hard drive/caddy and connect it up via VM Fusion (with xp installed) and still use your XP hard drive off your mac.

Or as said, back it up to USB drive, cd or dvd

How much does Outlook2Mac cost? Can't you just import outlook files into thunderbird then import the thunderbird files into Entourage. Or for that matter even use thunderbird on the Mac?

Yeah, you can do that. But outlook2mac is of course easier.

Outlook2Mac was $10. Well worth it. Makes it so much easier to transport.
