Anybody hear of this band yet? Their debut album came out last week and I guess none of the band members are over the age of twenty. Which is pretty amazing because this band is bringing metal back for me. I haven't heard a metal album as good as this in a long time.

When I say metal, I mean true 80s/90s metal, not the newer style thats a bunch of screamo crap. The album is on iTunes for only $7.99 and comes with twelve songs.

If I can't do this, then mods, please remove... A taste of the album: Warriors of Time, Black Abyss, Shockwave.

Hmm...me likes. not out on CD yet? I hate buying mp3's, would much rather buy the CD and rip it myself at high bitrates.

Here's an example: http://youtube.com/watch?v=mzv7O9siFXY
Someone mentioned that band in the comments. Starts out decent.. then whaddya know its that RRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH crap. When will people learn that you don't have to scream and hate the world to rock hard.

The album should be in stores... Though I'm not sure how big of a release it is. So you may or may not have a hard time finding it.

EDIT: Wow. The singer is only fifteen years old. I guess they're fourteen, fifteen, seventeen, and eighteen years old.

.
PLEASE don't buy this on iTunes if you want a downloadable version.

Get it on AmazonMP3 for $8, 256kbps MP3, DRM-FREE.

Rock Band has Shockwave available for download (I think it was 80 points instead of the usual 160). It's my current favorite song to play (drums at least). I'll probably pickup the album.

For a first album it's very promising. They will need to build and improve on their current sound if they want to make it big, but seeing how young the band members are, they've got plenty of time to do it.

Amazon is da bomb for mp3 albums. I will NEVER buy a DRM encoded song. Ever.

That's kind of cool. I'll have to play it louder/longer once I get home (I'm at work right now). Thanks for posting it. Always looking for something new/different...

Speaking of young bands, do you guys like Blackstone Cherry? Kind of southern hard rock, all young guys. Pretty good stuff...
