I've been crazy about TVs lately, but my family and friends convinced me to wait and get a nice HDTV instead of a cheap TV/TV card now.

But are there some online TV stuff? I am mainly interested in streaming where I can just leave it on and not bother with adjusting/changing, but letting it stream forever.

Without the talking box with people in it - it gets lonely here!

dunno but quite a few of the channels atleast in the uk have 7-30 day catch ups where you can stream there more popular programs, i would imagine some of the channels where you live do the same

there are a few uk channels you can watch online like itv, bbc 3 and channel 4... uk only though

I don't see how buying a cheap TV card inhibits you from getting a nice HDTV later.
