try cycling if possible, far less stress on your joints. I'd suggest warming up and stretching before hand. Christ on a bike this is an old thread. couldn't the admins put a piece of code into the forum to have a pop up say that a thread is over a certain date and have the option not to post it as a informational alert to users so old posts are unnecessarily resurrected ? |

Grats! What does your workout look like now? ![]() What I did to lose the weight though was 10 pushups a day, about 30 crunches a day, and as many situps as I could manage. Also what I think really helped, is I just stopped eating so much junk food, went to 1% milk instead of 2%, started drinking more water, cut back on soda, etc. |
