The applications for a device like this is so promising.

That would be pretty neat. I can think of some applications that would make this technology highly appealing to military forces around the world, especially special forces.

That would really give meaning to the term, "We own the night".

Well, before you know it, there will be a HUD at the bottom of your vision giving you a % of how alive you are and a counter of how much money you have in your pocket

Sounds quite cool though. I definantly think things like this are going to be pretty common in the future
