So if you did get the iphone outside of america, or the exclusive network then dont install the firmware update.

It would have been a lot more effective if they didnt announce it, just release the new firmware and they wouldnt have to worry about unlocked iphones anymore. It does go against the terms and conditions of usage, so they would be under no obligation to give anyone a heads up. I found it odd that they did.

I just received a Musiq phone from Sprint and nowhere is there any sort of agreement/eula.
