Default Aldi Vista Laptops come pre installed with virus!
Haha, and the funny thing is the antivirus on the system did not detect it. The virus itself is 13 years old!

A consignment of laptops from German manufacturer Medion, sold through German and Danish branches of giant retail chain Aldi, have been found to be infected with the boot sector virus 'Stoned.Angelina', first seen as long ago as 1994 and last included on the official WildList in 2001. http://www.virusbtn.com/news/2007/09_14.xml

Yes, because Medion notebooks are so crap, and because this virus impairs the usability of the notebook (it shows an extra message, and that's it).

With that being said, it is quite sad that they didn't notice it.

I was only joking, their motto is "Spend a little, live a lot" or at least it is in the UK.

I'm sure their laptop's are of decent spec, their PC's usually are when I see those newsletters at work.
