Hiya, im moving into a new flat in a few weeks and am trying to get the phone line re-activated. The previous tenants were with Talk Talk and they cancelled their contract when they moved out. When i phoned up BT to get the line reconnected they said I will have to pay a £120 reconnection fee. However ive been looking round on the internet and some places say you only have to pay that if there physically isnt a BT line in your house.
Has anyone here got any experience with going back to BT after being on Talk talk and did they have to pay the fee.? Thanks a lot. |
