But congrats on your improvement of D/L.

Upload is great for sharing : pics, gifs, video, sound etc.. And the ISP's hold it slow because who wants someone else to share windows Vista to another in a transfer rate of a few secs?

All copyright owners know that upload speed is their devil.

doesnt seem kinda odd that my current isp is 768/768k?
