Default A nice friendly message...
I recently found out some ******* was trying to hack my network the other day.

So I let this guy go for a couple of days chipping away at the router (which is giving him hell) so he keeps on sending hundreds of twinge attacks and Pings my way to try and slow me down.

Eventually, after I am able to determine they are connecting wirelessly, and I take my notebook with me, and with this neat little proggie that tells me beacon distances I go for a nice neighbourhood walk.

I eventually narrow it down to one or two houses... one has a dog, one does not.

So I go back inside, and change my SSID to: "HackAgain&ICutYourDogsFknHeadOff"

...hacking stops.

The moral to the story... threats will get you anywhere!

Anyways, I've just set up a wireless network for the Wii. How can I see if someone else is trying to connect to it?

Connect directly to your wireless router via your PC, then check the router logs page.

Nice, I woulda said. "So should I send the cops to 1253 or 2345 Street?" [where you would insert the house numbers and street name.

So the guy lived 100m from you?

How else are they going to "connect wirelessly"?

I love stories like these. Wish people would come out with more like these.
