Been with bulldog since October and not once has a bill gone through. I ring them up every damn month giving them all my details and they say it's fine and it'll process in the next few weeks - but it doesn't! And yet they never ring me or email me to say it hasn't gone through or try and sort it out, it's always me who has to ring them and try and sort it.
Well now i've canceled the account and have been dumped with a bill of £266, so I rang them saying how unacceptable this is yet they refuse to give me any kind of discount or compensation. Bare in mind it took me a good hour to talk to someone as I ring one person, they give me a number to ring, and then I ring them, and they tell me to ring the people I was just speaking to. [cursing] So now I've got to email them to file a complaint, cos I can't ring them to do it, but god knows how long it'll take for them to even look at that email. ****ing useless company. Anyone else with them? Anyone with a decent provider? Who should I go with once I get my own place?! |

file a complaint there they will kiss your ass as soon as you do that, i've got some high up guys email address now.... and they sent me bills for like 3 months after they canceled it so i just email him and he sorts it out for me [thumbup] No had one yet this month, looks like he might of actually sorted it out now. |
