Default This rain is getting ridiculuous
One person has already died where I live and officials have now called a state of emergency!!

All the roads near where I live are flooded. Three quarters of my road has been barriered off by police and I had to drive through about 15 inches of water to get home.

It is forecast to rain for another 12 hours!!

I have never seen rain like this in my life!!

Weird. It's sunny and dry here in Scotland. Give us our rain back! We've got nothing to moan about!

It should be ok from now on, Glastonbury has ended therefore the crazy downpours should end with it [yes] I blame Glastonbury festival for rain this time of year.

I'm in Hull.

Loads of roads closed around my area (west Hull).

Police and fire brigade everywhere.

People sandbagging their houses, my Wife's aunt's house is under 2 foot of water and they've had to abandon ship!!

Sheffield is fairly crazy too! The rivers have burst their banks http://www.magicrambo.com/pages/shefwebcam.htm < On three of those (Wicker, Sutherland St. and the other Sutherland St) it's fairly obvious. Also, people are trapped inside Meadowhell (the Don burst and flooded the area) in a sort of Dawn of the Dead scenario Top that off with an explosion and two major fires and it's been an interesting day.

Drought here in the Midwest.

My brown yard and dry garden would happily accept your excess rain.

going home i had to take the only route into my village which involved going to the next town

River burst its banks in Sheffield. My brother was traped there and did not have fun wading through it all.
