After serving only three full days behind bars, Paris Hilton was released from jail early Thursday, partly due to "medical" reasons — but she has been fitted with an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet and must remain confined to her Hollywood Hills home for 40 days.

Is that now going to be the next big bling fashion accsessory!?

IMO, she should have stayed in jail - segregated if required for her safety.
However, I'm pretty disgusted with all the abuse she's been getting. WAY over the top, IMO.

The only abuse I see if that people want her to be treated like a person, not a demi-god. Any other person with a DUI would serve the full 45 and report to jail that day! Not half sentence a month later. Its disgusting that celebrities can get away with this stuff.

When then world is ending and we need to go somewhere else, I hope they all get a slap of reality when they realize that they have no skill we need and are left behind. [rofl]

Meh... most of the comments are just funny.
Rich people are above the law.
Corruption is on the rise, and overall moral values are declining.
Sad but trye.

lol how could anybody NOT be happy to hear what agony she is going through?? She has to eat jail food and sleep without a pillow, ahhhh poor baby...

She is prob going to write a book about her stay after she gets out, claiming she now is a hardass survivoralist with street credit from her time being locked up (if you can even call it that)

The only thing that would make this better is to have them throw her in with the rest of the them.. gang rape anyone??
