Default Top marks for Scan Customer Service!
I bought a LG 22" LCD monitor today, but a few hours after it turned up in "today only" special dammit! Ok it was only £7, but considering I already spent about £400 in the last month, every little penny counts [thumbup]

Well I posted over Hexus.net, and one of the guys PM'd me for my invoice. I checked my account and within 5 mins the difference had been refunded!

Now that is what i call customer service! [thumbup]

Unfortunatly the return I sent last saturday has not even been registered yet, even counting the monday postal holiday that's slow.

I'm guessing they paid for the returns (or is it cause I get it as Im registered as a business?). If so, either way you should have had the parcel tracked. Give Scan Customer Service a call after you can confirm it has been delivered at their site and they'll do what they can to get your problem resolved.

Whenever I have had a problem with Scan, they have quickly resolved it for me. I really dont have a bad thing to say about them.

No I paid for the return, I sent it first class recorded, they will have had an influx but still, I will phone them if I hear nothing further on Monday.

Same happened with me when i bought a printer from Amazon. Bought on sunday and on monday, had been reduced by £18. My friend said email them, as i thought there was nothing i could do.

As it turns out, you can get a refund on all price changes within 30 days of purchase. I certainly didn't know that, but how often are you going to look at the price of something you've recently bought?

Just tracked my Parcel, they recieved it last Tuesday, so after 5 business days they STILL have not processed my RMA [thumbdown]
