We seem to be having problems with corrupt/delayed text messages from one of our friends and as she seems to be somewhat clueless as to who her mobile service provider is (
![]() The prefix in question is: 07840 My thinking is that if I can find out which service she is using, it might be a good starting point to tracking down what exactly the problem is. |

Why don't you look at the sim card Are you sure she's got a brain? ![]() On a serious note, googling doesn't seem to show up any known issues between the o2 network and our Virgin phones. Unfortunately, we don't know anybody else with an o2 phone so we can't test it out with somebody else. I suppose we could get in touch with Virgin and see what they think, but the chances of getting Mrs Dopey with the o2 phone to get in touch with her provider are slim to none. Most frustrating [cursing] |
