do you use dumbells at the computer ?

Im not taking the piss I sit here and press a few out reading the forums.

Yes. It varies though, I don't have a set amount or weight. I just keep going until I finish. Usually it's the weight of the fork/spoon + whatever it's carrying, but sometimes I do a few bar lifts- usually Snickers.

I do everything down the gym, you don't want to be doing your biceps with heavy weights everyday, only twice a week absolute max.

Steroids are your friend in that case

But yeah you need atleast a day inbetween workouts for your body to recover, unless your properly into it.
