Does anyone if its possible to retrieve data that been deleted on a phone? is there software? any help would be good thanks.

You could check out GetDataBack for FAT.
Then you know whether it's possible.

Cheers mate but this looks for FAT format drives my phone dont show as FAT!
This is one of the perrils i have faced when i searched for a proggy, i wasnt being lazy just asking if anyone knows of specific programs that will work on a phone? it seems like nearly all the 12 i have used have been useless so far.
