Studies actually are coming forth showing that TOO much disinfecting of surfaces is bad, and that you actually CAN be too clean. How is your body supposed to learn to fight off disease if you're never giving it the chance to fight a disease?

With that said, I generally only wash after a crap or right before I eat.
