Default What to do if a parcel hasnt arrived before allocated time?
I ordered a Xbox 360, and paid the extra to have it delievered by today, by 1pm... I know its only a few mins over, but still...

I have been given a tracking number, and checked where its at (or was at)... It was last at their depo at 00:32 this morning...

Can i claim back the postage or anything?

I've claimed back on next day delivery when it arrived in 2 days and you could claim back if it's not arrived by today.

A few minutes is really pushing it though [rofl]

It's prolly on the van and on it's way, just held up in traffic or something, I would guess.

Yea, i know its only a few mins, but ive cleaned a section on my table for the 360, ive even got games unwrapped ot the packaging and waiting for the 360 fun...

Waiting for stuff to arrive really does suck!!

Time sensitive deliveries - they have an error margin of 30mins/1hour depending on the courier... but if it's not delivered within that you can claim back the full cost of the postage.
