I watched the latest episode tonight and it wasn't until they mentioned it that I noticed Daniel Jackson wasn't there. They said they "lost" him. What happened to him. I don't recall anything happening to him in the last episode, but that could be I just don't remember.

He was captured by Adria at the end of the The Quest Part 2.

Daniel was captured by the Ori at the end of the last episode.
