Default My new car!
I hope I got the forum right this time, started a thread in general gaming,
oops.

I got my car about a month ago and I was lazy to take pictures.
But here it is,
2004 Jetta GLI with 35K miles.
18" BBS rims, 1.8T Chipped to 200HP.
A lot more stuff, but I'm lazy to type it.
It's really pretty fast, and I love the way it looks.
It also has recaro racing seats in it.
I LOVE MY NEW CAR, everywhere I go I see heads turning.

Woo, very nice. I don't think we get volkswagens like that here in the UK. Folks should include dashboard pics with these posts! I always like to see how many buttons/gadgets/cupholders these things come with ;o)

We do have it in the UK, it just isn't that popular (I think most go for the Passat instead).

Alright I need to clarify the thing about the spoiler.
Before I bought the car, I looked at online pictures before I actually went to the dealer,
and I also thought "Well, that spoiler looks kinda bad". But then, I actually went to the car
dealer and saw the car for myself, and guess what? I thought the spoiler looked
really awesome, and all my car fag friends agreed, that's gotta mean something.
Before I had seen the car I almost called in and told them to remove the spoiler,
but after seeing the car and driving for a month, the spoiler gives a different look
than other GLIs, which don't come with a spoiler. I would never remove it at this point,
it really looks better in person.

Anyways, I'll take some pictures of the dash and racing seats ETC.

The rims do come stock like that, the car looks stock the way it looks there.

And the sunroof opens up and also slides all the way open, it doesn't seem to get the
car wet if it's just up like that.

Alaskan, I live in the U.S, but I'm from Brazil... sorry for the mislead, I really wish I could drive a car
like that in Brazil though!

Wow, congrats, ugliest car on earth!! LOL

I don't like those VWs, Audis etc...but I know that you americans like our german cars, they're not bad (quality wise), but emotionally they left me cold...

there are only a few german cars I like...like some Porsches, some Mercedes, Mini Cooper...but that's it...

The rims you have are nice though...

I was talking about the new BMW Mini Cooper!! BMW is a german brand, so the Mini is a "german" car... ;-)

only cause you rip off merchants did a dirty deal buying out the name in the way you did. You ruined the name Mini & the brand!

Never in a million years should the Mini be considered a german car!

btw: if i recall the new one was designed by an englishman , so hardy german but still not nice
I fully agree,
nobody wants to be responsible for thos posīs !

I actually like the spoiler on that car. But I drive an Evo, so your spoiler is a helluva lot less conspicuous than my giant towel-rack LOL...

Nice car! [thumbup]

Ahh ok, when I saw the surroundings in the picture I was like "WOW, Didn't know Brasil had parts like that".

Anyways, I think the spoiler looks fine, if you like it who cares? Right?
